Keynote Speaker:Richard Smith is a Licensed Professional Petroleum Engineer with 40 years’ experience in many world locations. Hired as Director of Subsurface, he was the Reserves Manager for five years for Maersk Oil in Denmark. From 2003 to 2009, he worked in Abu Dhabi on Zakum Field as a senior advisor and a simulation and integration specialist and in Kuwait North Fields as an expert on best practice reservoir management. Twelve years in Venezuela focused on field development and high pressure miscible gas floods. He is published in the SPE and SPE Reservoir Evaluation and Engineering Magazine. |
